A Product Roadmap and Budget You Can Actually Build From

Ideas are cheap. A plan that survives contact with reality is what separates a business from a hobby.

What You Get

  • Product roadmap with milestones
  • Technical architecture recommendations
  • Cash flow timeline / budget
  • Stage-by-stage risk register

Choosing Your Tech Stack

We take what the research proves and turn it into a working roadmap: the product scope, the technical approach, the budget, and the order of operations. Every step has a cost and a reason, and anything that doesn't earn its place gets cut.

Planning with ReBL is a working session, not a ceremony. You leave with a document you can act on Monday morning — what to build first, what it will cost, how long it takes, and what 'done' looks like at each stage.

And when conditions change — they always do — the plan changes with them. We build in checkpoints so you're steering the whole way, never locked into a route that stopped making sense.

Planning FAQ

Do I need research done first?
It helps but isn't required. If demand hasn't been validated, we list that as the top risk in your plan.
Will you tell me which tech stack to use?
Yes. You get a recommendation with the reasons and trade-offs, based on your budget, timeline, and who will maintain the product.
Can I take the plan to another developer?
Yes. The roadmap and architecture are yours, written so any capable team can build from them.
How long does planning take?
Planning follows the research and usually takes one to two weeks. It turns the study into a build order: what gets built, in what sequence, at what cost, and with what done signals. Planning never starts from opinion. It starts from research you have already seen and approved.
